Paneer
Home made paneer’s texture is always soft and you don’t have worry about the freshness of the paneer. For 1/2 litre of milk you will get around 100gms of paneer approximately.
Instructions
Take a sauce and bring milk to boil
Add lemon juice to the milk
Once the milk starts curdling turn off the stove and remove it from heat
Strain and tie the curdled milk in a soft cloth and hang the cloth for about an hour half
Paneer is ready to be used
