In the Dosa laddle heat a tbsp of oil. Add chopped mustard seeds,onions,green chillies,curry leavesAdd salt and saute until onions are turned golden brown.
Remove them from flame and keep it aside.
Now pour Dosa batter in tawa and sprinkle sauteed onions,molagapodi evenly.
Once the side is cooked flip over to the other.
Drizzle oil on dosa and wait until this side is cooked.
Onion podi dosa is ready to served with Chutney.
