I prepared a separate dry masala and added to this sundal. Incase if you don’t have to prepare the dry powder you can substitute it with chilli powder & coriander powder.

Mustard Seeds

Urad Dal
Curry leaves

To roast & amp ; grind :
1/2

Coconut

red chilli

Method of Preparation :
Instructions
Soak Channa overnight
Pressure cook channa with a pinch of salt for upto 5 whistles
Dry roast the ingredients mentioned under ‘Roast grind’ to a fine powder.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal.
Let them splutter, add curry leaves hing.
Saute for a minute.
Add the cooked channa dal to the pan.
Add the remaining salt and ground dry masala powder.
Saute for 3-4 minutes.
Coriander adds nice aroma flavor to this simple Channa Sundal.You can even prepare this as an evening snack for kids.
