Jowar Dosa/Chola Dosai (சோள தோசை)
I used white sorghum seeds to prepare the batter. Jowar has lots of health benefits including lowering cholesterol and even helps in weight loss too.

Instructions
Soak Sorghum seeds separately in water
Mix Urad Dal,methi seeds & idli rice together. Soak this mixture in water
Let these two soak for atleast 4-5 hours
Grind sorghum seeds to a smooth batter and then urad dal + rice+ methi mixture to a smooth batter.
Mix them together. Use your hands and mix them well. Add salt at this stage.
Ferment the batter for about 8 hours .After 8 hrs of fermentation.
Heat dosa tawa and start making dosais. Once this side is cooked flip the Dosai. Wait until it turns golden brown
Serve it hot with chutney/molagapodi or sambar of your choice.
I prepared a tangy Green Apple thokku coconut chutney as sides for this Jowar Dosai
