Instant wholewheat flour dosai with jaggery

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Dissolve powdered jaggery in 1 cup of water and boil for 2 minutes. Strain impurities and let the syrup cool down
  2. In a bowl add Wheat flour, Oat flour, Cardamom powder and Ginger powder.
  3. Add the jaggery syrup and start mixing it with flour
  4. Initially the batter will be bit sticky, add milk, water and mix thoroughly so that the batter has no lumps
  5. Drizzle ghee on Dosai Tawa and heat it
  6. Take a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly
  7. Drizzle ghee again and wait until each side of the dosai is cooked well
  8. Serve this instant dosai with ghee or honey. It tastes good as it is. If you want you can dry y Roast the grated coconut for 1 or 2 minutes and then add it on top of Dosai as garnish 😊
  9. Alternatively you can also serve this with banana and drizzled honey
