Instructions
Mix all the ingredients mentioned under Sauce section and keep it aside

Turn on ‘Saute’ Mode in Instant Pot.
Add 2 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
Add the veggies and saute for 2-3 minutes
If you see the bottom of the pan is getting browned, sprinkle little water and deglaze the pan. Deglazing ensures that the caramalized bits and pieces wont affect the cooking process in Instant Pot. Hence it is important to keep an eye in ‘Saute’ mode and use a woonden spatula or silicon spatula to continuously clean the bottom of the pot
Now add salt, black pepper powder and chilli powder and continue sauteing
Add the dry whole wheat noodles and the sauce mixture to the pot
Mix everything together. Using a spatula slightly break the noodles and keep sauteing
Add 1 cup of water and mix everything together
Sprinkle some more water (approx 1/4 cup).Add frozen peas and change the Instant Pot setting to ‘Pressure Cook’ and also turn off ‘Keep Warm’ button (by default it will be turned ‘On’ in Pressure cook mode..You need to press the button again to turn it off)
Set the timer to ‘5’. Ensure the pressure release valve is in ‘Sealing’ position
Let the pressure gets build up and let the noodles get cooked for 5 minutes
Wait for 4-5 minutes and manually release the pressure
The noodles would look something like the pic shown here😋😋
