Instructions
Mix the flours together with yogurt, salt and by slowly adding water prepare a batter
Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes. This step is totally optional. I feel resting the batter helps in flipping the dosa easily and it doesn’t get stuck in the Tawa
Heat a tsp oil in the Dosa Tawa
Add onions, curry leaves, hing. Saute until onions become mild pink in color
Add salt, chilli powder to the batter

Mix everything together and start making the Cheelas/Dosais
Once the side is cooked, flip it over to other
After a minute or two remove the cheela from tawa and serve it with Chutney of your choice
