Microwave cauliflower florets for 5 minutes. Alternatively you can also cook them in hot water with a pinch of salt for about 4-5 minutes.
Pat them dry and leave it aside.
Mix all the ingredients except florets mentioned in the “For Batter” section and make a batter by adding water to it. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thick and not too runny
Dip the florets in the batter for about 3-4 minutes
Later deep fry the florets and keep them aside
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions,ginger,garlic,capsicum and salt. Saute for 2 minutes in High Flame
Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce. Add 1/4 cup water as well. Mix everything together and Saute for 2 minutes until the raw smell in the sauces goes off
Now add the deep fried cauliflower florets to the sauce. Ensure the sauce is coated well on all pieces
Garnish the manchurian with Spring Onions and serve it with Rice or Roti
