In a mixie grind 1/2 cup of Sugar to a fine powder and keep it aside
Take a wide bowl and add Olive oil, yogurt, milk

Add some Orange zest (Zest is nothing but grated Orange skin) as well
Slowly add flour mixture to the oil mixute and combine everything together
A smooth sticky dough like texture will be formed. If the mixture is slightly dry add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk
Place the cake mix in a loaf tin or in cupcake moulds
Top it off with Choco chips
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 25 minutes approximately
Depending on the oven you have, baking time might change
As always insert a tooth pick or a fork to test if the center of the cake is cooked well
Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool down for sometime
Slice the loaf and serve it as a snack with your evening coffee. Perfect for kids’ snack box too 🙂
Once it is cooled down completely you can store the slices in an air-tight container
