Coconut Ladoo
Being ‘Navarathri’ season I prepared this easiest ladoo as Neivedhyam (offering to God). All you need is fifteen minutes of your time to prepare these ladoos. I used fine desiccated coconut.

Instructions
Grind almond and cashews together to a coarse mixture
Heat some ghee in a nonstick pan and add the desiccated coconut. Saute for about a minute or two.
Simmer the flame and until the whole process is over let the Gas Stove be in slow flame to avoid burning of the coconut.
Add the cashew, almonds mixture and cocoa powder.
Adding cocoa powder or hot chocolate powder is totally optional. This just gives some color to ladoos and a chocolaty flavour. You can totally skip it if you don’t have the powders.
Mix them well and then start adding condensed milk.
Stir it constantly while adding the condensed milk.
Coconut will start absorbing the condensed milk and it will become a slightly thicker mixture.
At this stage add vanilla essence, cardamom powder and the plain milk.
-
Let it cooked for about 5 minutes and remove the pan from heat.
Apply some ghee in your palms and start making ladoo from the coconut mixture.
Coat these in dessicated coconut and serve.
