Coconut Chutney
I made a simple white chutney to suit this podi dosa. Since we have already added chillies & idli powder the dosa will be spicy.

For Tadka :
Instructions
  1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned above to a smooth chutney
  2. Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal seeds,red chilli
  3. Once they splutter mix them with chutney
  4. Chutney is ready to be served with Idli/Dosa/Pongal
