Chocolate Peda
Chocolate Peda is made from Milk Powder & Cocoa Powder. A quick fudgy sweet that can be prepared within 20 minutes. You can make this ahead and it stays good for upto a week

Instructions
Melt butter in a non-stick pan
Turn off the flame and add milk powder,dark cocoa powder
Mix them and then add the condensed milk. I used only 3/4 th of condensed milk from the Tin
Using a spatula combine everything well and then turn on the heat
Add 1/4 cup of plain milk,cardamom powder and continue stirring
After around 10-12 minutes you will see the chocolate mixture starting to leave the pan
At this stage remove the mixture from pan and then transfer to a plate greased with ghee
Let it cool for about 5 minutes and then start shaping the pedas
Form equal sized ball and then using your thumb, make an impression in the center
The pedas will be sticky while you are shaping them. But after 4 or 5 hours they hold the shape pretty well. Chop the pistachios finely
Garnish the Pedas with chopped pistachios.
