Chocolate Cookies
These Chocolate Cookies are so easy to put together and it needs only very few basic ingredients. Perfect for post lunch indulgent treat

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar together. You can use hand mixer. It will take approximately 3-5 minutes.
Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking soda together
Now add this to the Butter+Sugar mixture
Add milk, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract
Use your hand mixer and just bring it all together. In the low level setting beat it for a minute or two
Don’t worry if the cookie dough mixture looks little crumbly. Use your hands and bring them all together
Once you form the dough pinch a small ball and make a disc by pressing against your hands
The choco discs will look like the ones below
Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes
Bake the cookies for around 13 minutes. After that open the oven and check the cookies. If they are too soft then let it bake for another two minutes
Remove them from heat. Let it rest for few minutes
Initially the cookies might be soft but they become crunchier once they cool down
