Cheese & Capsicum Pops
Very easy to prepare crunchy snack. I have used capsicum, some fresh herbs and cheddar cheese. You can substitute with other cheese. If you don’t like capsicum then replace it with some red onions.

Ingredients

Cheese
1/2
cup
capsicum
Chopped
1/4
cup
coriander mint leaves
Fresh ,
2
chilis
Chopped green
2
tbsps
All Purpose flour
1/2
tbsp
Semolina
1/4
tsp
Salt
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients by adding little water
All purpose flour is just used for binding. And since I didn’bread crumbs handy I used semolina to just give a crispy texture to the pops t
Let the dough rest for sometime (for about 10 15 minutes) Divide the dough into small balls.Heat oil for frying
Fry until golden brown and cheese capsicum pops is ready to be served with Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
