Mustard Seeds

jeera

turmeric

Instructions
Chop onions and tomatoes finely. Cut boiled potato into cubes
Par boil cauliflower and peas with little salt,turmeric
Keep them aside
Grind all the ingredients mentioned under ‘To Grind’ to a fine paste
Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds,jeera,bay leaf,cinnamon stick
Saute for a minute then add chopped onions in the pan
Wait until onion turns slight brown in colour and then add tomatoes,salt,chilli powder
Keep sauteing for about minutes 4 5
Add cauliflower,peas and cubed potatoes
Stir well and add some water
Now add ground paste to the pan and let the whole gravy boil for sometime
Cauliflower Peas gravy is ready to be served with RotiChappathiAppam
