  1. Heat oil in a small frying pan and add urad dal,red chillies
  2. Once dal turns brown add salt,asefatodia,grated carrot and chopped tomatoes
  3. Saute for about 5 minutes.Once the carrots are cooked blend them in a blender
  4. Carrot Thogayal is ready to be served with dosa
