Carrot Poori
As the name suggests its adding carrots to the normal pooris 🙂 The pooris were colorful and tasted delicious too. Kids will love it. I prepared a simple [potato masala](http://resh-kitchen.blogspot.com/2013/10/poori-potato-masala

Instructions
Grate 1 carrot and grind it to a puree
Grate another carrot. Heat oil in a pan 1/2 tsp.
Saute this grated carrot with salt and chilli powder until it is 3/4th cooked
Take wheat flour in a large bowl and add carrot puree, sauteed carrots. Puree gives a lovely orangish color and the grated carrots add crunch to pooris
Make a smooth dough by adding water little by little
Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls and roll them using rolling pin
In the meantime heat oil in a frying pan
Once the oil is hot enough deep fry the pooris
I served the Pooris with Potato Masala. You can prepare chutney or tomato thokku too 😊
