If you are bored of eating plain raw salad then add a cup of yogurt to the veggies, eat it like Raita. The daily quota of veggie intake is made easier this way. I usually use salt, pepper powder, lemon juice & dried parsely/oregano leaves as seasoning. I make Raita with Beetroot, Cucumber,Onion,Tomato,Onion,Carrot,Radish etc
