Broccoli Soup
Happy New Year 2015. Wishing you all a great year ahead. Eat well and stay healthy, happy in this new year.
Instructions
Wash and clean broccoli florets
Heat butter in a frying pan
Saute garlic,ginger,chilli and broccoli florets in the pan for sometime
Add 1/2 water and let them boil for about 5 minutes. Florets will be 3/4 th cooked
Grind them to a fine paste with coriander leaves
Add salt,pepper powder and milk to this paste
Boil for sometime. Once the desired consistency is achieved you can remove it from heat
Such a healthy soup and can be given to kids as an evening snack
