Bread Pakora
Its a filling snack that can be made within 10-15 minutes. I have stuffed bread slices with Tomato Sauce however you can replace it with Mint chutney,Coriander chutney or any of your favorite sauces.

Ingredients
4
Whole Wheat Bread White bread
or slices
1/2
cup
Tomato Sauce
1
cup
Besan Bengal Gram Flour
/ (u0b95u0b9fu0bb2u0bc8 u0baeu0bbeu0bb5u0bc1) \
1
tbsp
Rice flour
1/4
tbsp
Chili Powder
pinch
Salt
a
pinch
Soda
(this is totally optional) Bicarbonate a
pinch
Hing a generous
Water
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix Gram flour,rice flour,salt,hing and chili powder together.
Add water and whisk everything.
The consistency of the batter should be slightly thick and not too runny.
Cut bread into triangle shapes (Using a sharp knife slice bread diagonally)
Spread sauce on a bread piece
Stuff the other slice on top of it.
Dip this in flour batter and fry until they are golden brown
Serve it with ketchup or coconut chutney.
