Baked Cauliflower Pakoda
Great alternate to the regular deep fried Pakodas. With minimum ingredients this flavorful Cauloflower Pakodas can be prepared under 30 minutes

Instructions
  1. Wash Cauliflower florets in warm water
  2. Make sure to spread them on a kitchen towel and gently squeeze out extra water/moisture
  3. Then transfer the florets to a vessel or a bowl and add Gram Flour, Rice flour,Salt,Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric,Hing and Salt
  4. Mix everything together
  5. They will look bit dry
  6. At this stage add three tablespoon oil
  7. Mix well..Keep shaking the vessel so that all the flour and spices get coated well on cauliflower florets
  8. Since we have already added enough oil I didn’t add any oil after arranging the florets on the tray
  9. If you want to add more crispiness to the pakodas you can spray few drops of Oil on top of the florets before starting to bake. This step is totally optional.
  10. Preheat oven to 180c and bake them for nearly 22-25 minutes
  11. During the halfway mark open the oven and slightly turn the florets
  12. Once the outer layer is cooked well & crispy you can remove them from Oven
  13. Time might vary depending on the type of oven you use
  14. Pakodas will be crispy on the outside and the florets will be cooked perfectly on the inside

  16. These can be served as snack for toddlers too. They will love it.
