Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Clean and chop the baby corn into cubes or to any of your desired shape
  2. Add maida,rice flour,corn flour in a bowl. Mix them thoroughly
  3. Add salt, chillipowder to the above mixture 1/2 tbsp of 1/2 tsp
  4. Slowly add water and prepare the batter. The consistency of the batter should be thick
  5. Dip the babycorns in this batter and leave it aside for 5 minutes
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the babycorn pieces
  7. Using a tissue paper drain excess oil from the corns
  8. Simultaneously heat a saucepan with 1tbsp oil
  9. Add chopped onions,salt to the pan. Saute it for about 5 minutes.Add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and again saute it for 2 minutes
  10. Add the fried babycorns to this mixture and later add the sauces one by one
  11. Toss the whole mixture in the saucepan for about 5 minutes
  12. Serve it hot with Fried Rice or prepare it for a evening snack
