Instructions
Clean and chop the baby corn into cubes or to any of your desired shape
Add maida,rice flour,corn flour in a bowl. Mix them thoroughly
Add salt, chillipowder to the above mixture 1/2 tbsp of 1/2 tsp
Slowly add water and prepare the batter. The consistency of the batter should be thick
Dip the babycorns in this batter and leave it aside for 5 minutes
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the babycorn pieces
Using a tissue paper drain excess oil from the corns
Simultaneously heat a saucepan with 1tbsp oil
Add chopped onions,salt to the pan. Saute it for about 5 minutes.Add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and again saute it for 2 minutes
Add the fried babycorns to this mixture and later add the sauces one by one
Toss the whole mixture in the saucepan for about 5 minutes
Serve it hot with Fried Rice or prepare it for a evening snack
