Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add 2 tbsp of Maida in water and make it to a slightly thick paste.Keep it aside.This will be used as a dipping batter.
  2. Boil the corn kernels with little salt in water.Drain the water completely.
  3. Grind chilli,pepper and corn to a coarse mixture.
  4. In a frying pan heat butter and add remaining Maida to it.
  5. Saute it in butter for 2 minutes and then add milk.They form a thick mixture.
  6. Turn off the stove and once it is cooled add the corn,pepper mixture,grated cheese,salt to it.
  7. Mix them completely and now make equal sized cheese balls.
  8. Dip them in Maida batter,coat them in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  9. In case if they split while frying, it means the batter is thin.Add some more all purpose flour and then try repeating the process.
  10. Crispy,Yummy corn cheese balls are ready to be served.
  11. I prepared Fried Rice, Paneer Butter masala along with this.
