Pizza Express had great food, lovely place, friendly staff, timely service and overall it was a perfect lunch date. There are so many PE outlets in and around the city. We went to the one near Tower Bridge. It was raining heavily outside and the first thing we ordered for starter is Dough Balls. The lip-smacking garlic butter was the highlight of this dish.

Then we settled on with Orange Juice and Coke for beverages.

Diet Coke.
Then for Main Course I ordered the Classic Margarita pizza. It was gooey, cheesy and with fresh basil leaf on top. I totally enjoyed it. The crust was not very hard.
The husband ordered Padana Leggara. It was very light pizza with thin crust and the caramelized onions on top totally stole the show. It has lesser calories compared to the other pizzas and with a salad on top I bet this will be liked more by weight watchers. We order _Baked Polenta Chips _as well.
For the first time I tasted Polenta chips and it was unbelievably yummy. I liked the mayo-herb based dip that they served with Polenta.

We had no room for dessert 🙁 Or else I would have tried their Tiramisu 😀 The price was nominal and if you looking for a quick bite you can very well go to Pizza Express. They had lots of varieties for Non-Vegetarians too. Also you can choose from their Gluten-free menu as well (in case if you are allergic to gluten). I wish they had more Pasta options too. Neverthless we totally enjoyed the meal and the afternoon.
