I love onepot meals. Easy to cleanup and less mess in the kitchen. This is my fool proof Pulao recipe. When unexpected guests arrive we can manage without panicking and since it can be prepared within 30 minutes, a great time saver too. I didn’t have cauliflower so didn’t mention it in the below rec
