We visited this place recently and absolutely enjoyed their food. Their tagline is ‘Deliciously Different’ and I should say Ethos did justice to that 🙂 They specialize in Vegetarian/Vegan/GlutenFree foods. The dishes were from different cuisines and if you are ok with this explosion of flavors , you can very well visit Ethos 🙂
Moreover I liked the concept of this restaurant. There are so many varieties to choose from and you have to pay according to the weight of your plate. It costs £2.50 per 100gm of your food. This was new to me. You have salads/starters, Mains and desserts as well. Desserts and beverages are priced separately.
Initially we thought a lunch for two would come around £20 but we ended up paying more. May be because we piled our plates with different so many varieties in enthusiasm 😉
There are few items which we personally liked a lot.
Halloumi Bites, Zucchini Cheddar cakes, Falafel, Macaroni Cheese Bites from Hot Meal section.
Roasted cauliflower salad with Tahini, Cherry tomato salad from cold section.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs from dessert section was amazing.
Aloo Scotch Eggs looked yummy and scrumptious but didn’t taste good. It was dry in the outside and it unnecessarily increases the weight of your plate. I would say just skip it and choose other Hot Mains instead. They had Rice, Dal, Pita bread as well.

If you are in Oxford Circus or near Tottenham Court Road and would like to have something fresh, vegetarian or vegan then this place definitely suits you. Hope this information is useful for London Foodies.
Suggestion to Ethos : I wish they could have more options in Hot Section for Main Course. Also can exclude Scotch Egg from their menu and maybe try some other Indian Inspired dishes.
