Coat the baking pan with some butter. Dust flour on it.
Pour the batter over the pan and using spatula spread it evenly.
Garnish with nuts.
Preheat oven at 180c and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Test the cake by using a toothpick. The toothpick inserted should come clean.
Let the brownies cool down for 10 minutes before you start cutting them.
They came out clean without sticking to the pan 🙂
For Nutella Ganache :
I used this simple ganache on top of my brownies just to enhance the taste. You can leave this ganache and serve brownies as it is.
Melt 2 tbsp butter and wait until its cooled down.
Mix this with 1 tbsp milk.
Heat water in a saucepan (double boiler method) and place 2 tbsp Nutella in a widebowl.
Add milk+butter mixture to the Nutella.
Slightly mix them until they for a thick creamy texture.
Pour over the brownies and serve them hot.
