The reason I call this salad as detox is it has lot of vegetables, it is gluten-free,healthy too.The salad dressing is quite basic. I have used cucumbers, bell peppers, iceberg lettuce,cherry tomatoes,Feta cheese.However you can add as many veggies as you like 😉
For Dressing :
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Balsamic Vinegar – 1 tsp.
Salt & Pepper – 1/2 tsp each.
- In a small add all the ingredients mentioned under ‘For Dressing’
- Mix it well.
- Arrange the vegetables in a serving plate or bowl.
- Add some crumbled or cubed Feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle the dressing on them and give it a mix.
- Serve immediately.
